How do I request a refund?

How do I track the status of my refund?

Can I exchange an item instead of getting a refund?
Yes! If you would prefer an exchange, let us know when you initiate your return request. We can exchange your item for a different model or issue store credit for future purchases.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it in its original condition for a refund or exchange.
What if my product is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
